If you see a banner in the main view saying your note looks off, try opening the note, writing on it, and closing it. This usually makes the banner disappear.

Export the page or notebook as a .nebo file (the MyScript Notes format) and send it with a ticket. This format lets us investigate and fix the issue for you.
