Downloading languages on Xiaomi devices

MyScript Notes usually relies on the system's download manager to get language packs, which works fine most of the time. However, Xiaomi devices with Chinese firmware have a P2P download acceleration feature enabled by default that can block connections to overseas servers, even with a VPN. Here's how Xiaomi users in China can fix this issue.

Open your download manager.
Go to Settings.
Turn off the Xunlei download engine button.

You should now be able to download language packs easily.
