Problems with restoring your purchase
When you purchase MyScript Notes (or previously Nebo), your access is tied to your account and store purchase history. In most cases, restoring your purchase works seamlessly. However, technical issues can sometimes prevent the app from recognizing a past purchase.
Already purchased Nebo?
If you purchased Nebo in the past, you have lifetime access to MyScript Notes. You do not have to pay again.
If you accidentally made another purchase, don’t worry — reach out to our support team, and we’ll assist you and arrange a refund.
What to do next
- Update the app first — Make sure you update to the latest version of MyScript Notes from the App Store or Google Play before restoring your purchase. In most cases, this should fix the problem.
