Install MyScript Notes on your device

Installing MyScript Notes is quick and easy: just download it from the official app stores and start taking notes your way.

Some devices come with MyScript Notes pre-installed as part of their software package. If MyScript Notes is already installed on your device, simply launch it and follow the on-screen setup to get started.

Launching MyScript Notes for the first time

When you first open MyScript Notes, you’ll go through a short setup process:

1. Sign in or create a MyScript account
   An account is required to unlock features such as cloud sync, backup, and AI tools.
2. Choose your plan
   Select between a monthly plan, a yearly plan, or a lifetime purchase. Each subscription includes a 7-day free trial, allowing you to explore all features before committing.
3. Personalize your experience
   Follow the onboarding process to set your preferred language, explore the app’s main features, and learn basic navigation tips.

Once onboarding is complete, you’re ready to create, organize, and explore your notes effortlessly.

Create your MyScript account

A MyScript account unlocks additional features in MyScript Notes, enhancing your note-taking experience. While you can use MyScript Notes without an account, signing up gives you access to backup, cloud sync, AI features, and beta programs.

You can access the Privacy policy directly from the Settings menu within the app. This policy outlines how your data is managed, ensuring transparency regarding data collection, usage, and protection.

Subscribe, purchase & restore

MyScript Notes comes with a 7-day free trial to explore its powerful note-taking features. After the trial, you can either subscribe, make a lifetime purchase, or continue with a limited free version. All subscriptions and purchases are tied to your account and store history. If you’ve ever bought Nebo, you have lifetime access to MyScript Notes at no extra cost.

Manage your subscription

If you want to move from one plan to another (for example, monthly to yearly) or to cancel your subscription, follow these steps depending on the platform you use.

Using the app on multiple devices

With any paid plan, you can install and use MyScript Notes on up to 10 devices, across Android and iOS, provided you use the same Apple ID or Google account.

If you want to use the app on both Android and iOS devices, follow these steps:

1. Create a MyScript account on the first device where you installed the app.
2. Install the app on your second device and sign in to MyScript Notes with the same MyScript account.

Your paid license will automatically extend to the second device.
