Fixing a problematic note

If you see a banner in the main view saying your note looks off, try opening the note, writing on it, and closing it. This usually makes the banner disappear.

If the page doesn’t open when you tap it, you’ll need to create a ticket and send it to our support team. Export the page or notebook as a .nebo file and send it with a ticket. This format lets us investigate and fix the issue for you. Read the article on how to export and share your notes for guidance.

We recommend routinely backing up your notes in a secure location and ensuring that a copy is safely stored on a second device. We do not keep copies or backups of your notes. If you delete the app, your notes will be permanently lost, and we may be unable to assist you without a backup or a recent sync.
