Fixing mistakes in your notes

Mistakes happen, but with Nebo's undo, redo, and erasing features, removing unwanted content from your notes is quick and easy—whether you use menu buttons or simple gestures.

Erase text content

You have multiple options to erase text: use your pen, select the eraser tool, or try the lasso tool for precision.

Erase with your pen

To erase text, scratch out all unwanted characters with your pen.

Use the eraser

The eraser tool is perfect for removing handwritten strokes or sketches.

1. Tap twice the eraser icon in the toolbar.
2. Pick the type of eraser you want:
   • Stroke: Erase one stroke at a time.
   • Precise: Erase only what you don’t need, keeping the rest.
3. Set the width of your eraser.
4. Start erasing.

Erase with the lasso

Use the lasso tool to easily remove larger sections or non-handwritten content.

1. Tap the lasso tool in the toolbar.
2. Draw around the content you want to remove.
3. Tap Delete to remove the selected content.

Erase other items

To remove items like images, diagrams, or equations, tap them and choose Delete from the ... menu.

Clear your entire note

1. Open your note.
2. Tap the ... button in the top-right corner.
3. Choose Clear all.
4. Tap Clear to confirm.

How to undo an action

There are two ways to undo an action:

• Tap the undo arrow in the top toolbar.
• Use two fingers to tap your note and undo the last action.

How to redo an action

You can redo an action in two different ways:

• Tap the redo arrow in the top toolbar.
• Use three fingers to tap your note and redo the last action.
