Adding flexibility to your documents

Nebo documents focus on structure and organization, but sometimes you need more flexibility to capture ideas or concepts that don’t fit neatly into a structured format. For such instances, Nebo lets you add sketches or board sections to your documents to let you express your ideas more freely.

Add drawings

In documents, you’ll first need to create a designated sketch block before drawing:

1. Double tap an empty space and choose Sketch from the menu.
2. Start drawing within the object.

In notebooks, boards and PDFs, you can sketch anywhere on the page using your pen tool, and even mix your drawings with handwritten or typed text.

Create board sections in documents

There are three ways to add a board section to a document:

• Tap + in the top-right corner of your document, then tap Board.
• Long press anywhere on the page and tap Add section.
• Draw a line from left to right across the page.

Edit board sections in documents

1. Tap the ... icon in the top-right corner of the section.
2. Choose Cut, Copy, or Delete as needed.
