Restore your purchases

If you have already purchased or subscribed to MyScript Math and cannot access it on the same device or a new one, follow our step-by-step instructions to restore your purchase.

Restoring your purchase

To restore a previous purchase, simply follow these steps:

  1. Sign in with the Apple ID you used to make the original purchase.
  2. Download MyScript Math from the App Store.
  3. Open MyScript Math and tap Upgrade MyScript Math, then Restore purchase.
  4. Sign in to your MyScript and cloud accounts to restore your math notes.
  1. Restart your device and open the Play Store.
  2. Clear Play Store data:
    • Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage & Cache, and clear both.
  3. Log in to your MyScript account in MyScript Math’ settings under Account.
  4. Reinstall MyScript Math from your Android library if using the same device.
  5. For new devices, contact our support team with the G.P.A. number from your purchase invoice.

Requesting a refund

MyScript, the company behind MyScript Notes, does not process payments and cannot access purchase or billing information, such as credit card details or app store accounts.

Refunds are handled entirely by the app store where you purchased the app, as only they can access your personal and payment data. To request a refund, contact your app store directly and follow their refund procedure. Refund conditions and timelines depend on the store’s policies, so review their guidelines for more information.
