Choosing what text input works best for you

Nebo is a simple, flexible tool that lets you take notes your way, covering all your note-taking needs. Write, type, or dictate—choose what works best for you or even mix them together.

Writing with your pen

1. Make sure the pen tool is activated.
2. Use your active pen to write on the screen.

Typing with the keyboard

1. Open your note.
2. Tap the icon in the toolbar.
3. Start typing.

You can also tap anywhere in your note to display the virtual keyboard. However, if you find this feature unnecessary, you have the option to disable it.

1. Open your note.
2. Tap the ... button at the top-right corner, then tap Advanced.
3. Disable the Tap for keyboard option.

Dictating via the keyboard

Follow these simple steps to enable and use dictation in your notes:

1. Open your note.
2. Tap the keyboard icon in the toolbar.
3. Tap the dictation button on the keyboard.
4. Tap Enable dictation.
5. Start recording.
